Description

The subject of this public contract for Lot 1 is the provision of electronic communications services through a GSM/UMTS electronic communications network with national coverage and the provision of specialised services and supplies including: incoming and outgoing voice calls with subscribers of all telecommunications operators in the Republic of Bulgaria, including roaming, the establishment of a corporate closed group whose number may exceed 2 850 subscribers, the transmission of data short messages – incoming and outgoing messages (SMS), (MMS), access to mobile internet via GPRS/EDGE/UMTS, detailed consultation in electronic form and printout, as well as additional services.
The subject of this contract for Lot 2 is a service consisting of the provision of a fixed telephone service, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contracting authority and the technical requirements described below, including the receipt and transmission of facsimile messages, for analogue direct telephone posts (POTS) and subscriber posts from the contracting authority’s own digital automatic telephone switchboard (automatic login to CUST) and the provision of the remaining services offered by the tenderer under preferential conditions in respect of NRIC SE.
