Description

The construction project is the new construction of the elementary school Nord in Traunreut. The new building consists of a UG, an EG and an OG. In the basement are the technical rooms for HLS and electric, various storage rooms as well as the gymnasium with sanitary areas. On the ground floor there are several classrooms and group rooms, rooms for teachers, a larger sanitary centre and dining halls with adjoining kitchen and auditorium. On the upper floor there are further classrooms and adjoining rooms as well as two sanitary cores. The 3 stairwells extend over all floors. The property is surrounded to the north and east by the Bodelschwinghstraße, which is the only access to a housing estate to the west via the north side. The housing estate is delimited in the west of the building plot by a jump with slope and trees. In the south, the existing primary school is located on the same property. The existing school building right next to the building site will be preserved until the completion of this construction phase. School operations in the existing school building will continue throughout the construction period. Classes are mainly held in the morning. Noise-intensive work should therefore be put into the afternoon hours. Access to the construction site is via the north-east side on Bodelschwinghstraße.
