France-Massy: Covered market construction work
Adapted open procedure – Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1o of the Public Procurement Code. The Halle de Narbonne located in the Massy-Opéra district is made up of a volume which currently hosts 11 merchant shelves. His age prompted the city to reflect on its renewal around an active proximity policy. The purpose of the rehabilitation of the halle is to simplify the accessibility and management of the technical premises, but also to expand the sales area by outsourcing the initial volume. A new extension to accommodate technical functions is foreseen. The 2th objective is to improve the surroundings of the covered market by creating a parvis at the angle of avenue de Bourgogne and the Avenue du Président Kennedy and by creating a tree car park adapted to the structure of the external merchant shelves. Estimated duration: 6 months, including a preparation period of 1 months. Estimated starting date: September 2019. Place of execution: Narbonne Square – 91300 Massy.
