Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi-attributaires relatifs aux travaux de gros entretien et petits travaux neufs sur les secteurs du sud, du nord et de l'est, et ce au sens des dispositions des articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-1 à 14 du code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum par lot est détaillé en annexe 1 du CCAP. Estimation de 50 000 000.00 euro(s) HT maximum par an (soit 200 000 000.00 euro(s) HT maximum pour la durée totale du contrat pour l'ensemble des besoins GHT CHU-GHER). Le détail et caractéristiques des besoins sont définis aux CCAP / CCTP et leurs annexes par lot jointes au DCE 23-12.
