Description

The purpose of the public call for applications is to select the candidates eligible to submit a tender in the context of a consultation which will result in a contract for the supply of ferric chloride and soda ash hypochlorite, the disposal and supply of WAC HB and soda ash. * Procurement procedure Cf. Article 3-1 of the SPC: The consultation went through a procedure with negotiation pursuant to Articles R.2124-4 and R.2161-21 to R.2161-23 of the Public Order Code. * Form of the contract See Article 3-3 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants: This consultation will lead to the establishment of a single-awarded framework agreement setting out all the contractual stipulations and executed as and when order forms are issued. Lot 1 does not have a minimum amount and has a maximum annual amount of EUR 75 000 excluding VAT. Lot 2 does not have a minimum amount and has a maximum annual amount of EUR 20 000 excluding VAT. * Legal form of the successful tenderer Cf. Article 3-4 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants: No form of grouping is imposed by the contracting entity
