Description

The target of the procurement is the personnel leasing of practical nurses, nurses primarily for temporary, urgent and short-term personnel needs, but also for longer replacements for different work sites in the Central Finland wellbeing services county, if necessary. Temporary and urgent staffing needs refer to the need to supplement one's own workforce in shifts. The most significant personnel leasing needs are in the area of responsibility of home and housing services. The service areas of the area of responsibility include centralised customer and service guidance, home care and support services, housing services for the elderly, and home and housing services for special groups. Personnel needs vary in all service areas and it is not possible to accurately anticipate them in any service area. The requirements for temporary agency personnel are described in this invitation to tender and its appendices in addition to the general quality and competence requirements. The client can also order temporary agency workers for other work sites in the Central Finland wellbeing services county that may not have been presented in the documents. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas: Sub-topic 1 Practical Nurses Sub-topic 2 Nurses The tenderer may submit a tender for one or more sub-topic(s). However, a maximum of 12 service providers will be selected for each sub-area. The ordering of the service is described in Appendix 1 Service description of the invitation to tender. The contract period is 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2026. The acquisition includes the possibility of two (2) one (1) year options. The subscriber decides on the exercise of the option three (3) months before the end of the contract or option period. Options can be exercised together or separately one (1) year at a time. The client does not commit to certain order or procurement volumes, as the need for personnel leasing according to the subject of the procurement is not known in advance. This contract does not confer an exclusive right on the service provider for such staffing. The procurement concerns only the additional staffing needs of the company's own personnel. The wellbeing services county of Central Finland also has other contracts in force for the needs of personnel leasing, for example, personnel leasing is also put out to tender through Hansel Oy's joint procurement for longer-term personnel leasing needs.
