Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of road salt for the winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter season 2025/2026 divided into 2 partial tasks for the needs of the Road Districts of the Świętokrzyskie Provincial Road Administration in an estimated quantity: 5 230 Mg of common road salt and 92 Mg of salt to produce brine for the sand-salt mixture used in sandblasters, which is the basic order. 2. The order includes the successive delivery of road salt in the amount specified above, divided into 2 tasks: 1) Task No 1 - Zgórsko Voivodship Roads District – 2 580 Mg of common road salt and 72 Mg of salt for brine production, including: a) Zgórsko Road Circuit – 800 Mg of common road salt and 72 Mg of salt for brine production; Road circumference in Łopuszno – 1 280 Mg of common road salt; c) Pińczów Road Circuit – 500 Mg of common road salt. 2) Activity 2 - Activity 2 - Regional Roads District in Staszów – 2 650 Mg of common road salt and 20 Mg of salt for brine production, including: a) Staszów Road Circuit – 500 Mg of common road salt; (b) Nowa Słupia Road Circuit – 1 050 Mg of common road salt and 10 Mg of salt for brine production; Road circumference of Ćmielów – 500 Mg of common road salt and 10 Mg of salt for brine production; d) Tempocze Road Circuit – 600 Mg of common road salt. 3. The detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract includes the Description of the subject of the contract (Detailed Technical Specification), constituting Annex No. 7 to the FTZ and the model contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to the FTZ.
