Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of servers with after-sales support along with software with the separation of basic and optional ordering. The Ordering Party shall provide for a right of option. A detailed description of the application of the option right includes a description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 1 to the FTZ and a model contract No 3 to the FTZ. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 8 of the PPL. The Ordering Party declares that, being a data administrator and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and giving warranty of proper protection of personal data transferred in the course of the procedure. A detailed information clause pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR is included in the FTZ.
