Description

The subject of the contract is the contracting of the “SERVICIO DE AYUDA EN EL HOGAR DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANXENXO” within the municipal competences, taking into account Law 13/2008, of 3 December on Social Services of Galicia, Law 39/2006, of 14 December, on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for Persons in Situation of Dependence and Decree 99/2012, of 16 March, so that the Community Social Services and their Financing are regulated, in accordance with the specifications of special administrative clauses (hereinafter PCAP), the technical prescriptions (hereinafter PPT) and the tender submitted by the contractor, all of which are contractual in nature. In case of discrepancy between specifications, the one indicated in the PCAP will prevail. Home Help Service in the Council of Sanxenxo, which is part of the Basic Community Social Services, with planning, coordination and public control through the department of basic community social services. The service includes the basic provision of the system of social services in free competition and the provision to persons in a situation of valued dependence who, in accordance with the resolution of the individual care program, have assigned this benefit as an appropriate resource, as well as the benefits to them. The planning, monitoring and control of the performance of this contract will be carried out through the department responsible for the matter.
