1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction of Kwiatowa Street in Września in terms of pavement surface and lighting under the Government Road Development Fund according to design documentation, bills of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works submitted by the Ordering Party together with the SWZ. The contract is implemented as part of the Government Road Development Fund as part of the task entitled: ‘Reconstruction of roads within Daszyńskiego, Paderewskiego, Działkowce and Kwiatowa streets in Września’. 2. The subject of the contract includes the performance of: - pavement of pavements made of concrete paving on a concrete foundation – 873,00 m2, - descent pavement – 649,00 m2, - concrete edgings on a concrete bench – 775,00 m, - length of inrun curbs on concrete lava – 351,00 m, - length of street curbs on a concrete bench – 287,00 m, - delivery and installation of the SO cabinet with equipment – 2 pcs, - setting of aluminium lighting poles of height.6m above the ground (without boom) - 6 pcs, - installation on the boom of LED luminaires with power reduction (optics dedicated to pedestrian crossings) - 6 pcs, - earthworks and laying of multi-core wiring, with foil cover, cable type YAKY 4x25mm - 122 m.
