Tender for the supply of shipyard works at Fergen M/F Anholt to Norddjurs Municipality
The tender concerns the supply of annual shipyard works on Fergen M/F Anholt between 2024 and 2027. It is expected that the shipyard works in the years 2024 and 2026 will be carried out at shipyard kitch, while in the years 2025 and 2027 the shipyard works will be carried out in docks or slipways, so that the ferry is at least up the water every two years. However, changes may occur. The annual works are expected to take place on the dates indicated in the framework agreement. As a general rule, the shipyard works must amount to 7 calendar days (Monday to Sunday), including layout time from the port of Grenaa/Anholt to the yard and return, with the exception of 2025, where the shipyard stay is expected to take 16 calendar days, including layout for details of the period of the yard, see the framework agreement. The works include the services listed in Annex 2 – Field 4 of the tender list – Workwork. The contracting authority shall select annually, prior to the shipyard stay, the services to be provided during the shipyard concerned in accordance with the framework agreement. In addition, the contracting authority is entitled to have additional works carried out in accordance with the framework agreement. In addition to the works listed in Annex 2 – Tender list and any additional works carried out by the tenderer, the contracting entity is entitled to use third parties to perform works on the ferry in accordance with the framework agreement. The invitation to tender is conducted as an open procedure, cf. Public Procurement Act, Consolidation Act No 10 of 06/01/2023, which means that anyone may submit a tender. The expected consumption indicated in the tender specifications and the estimated services in Annex 2 – The tender list has been calculated on the basis of past activity and expected changes in activity with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected volume is therefore not binding on the contracting entity.
