Description

Definition of the project model establishing the functioning of the CAP, clearly distinguishing the stages of initial analysis of the current situation of the FAS, the stage in which the relevant elements are defined on the basis of the needs identified and implementation and implementation of the elements defined in the previous stages. Implementation of the quality system currently defined in the FAS. This will be done in parallel with the aim of gathering information and establishing the necessary references for the subsequent provision of the service. Implementation, updating and review of quantitative and NSA indicators to measure product adequacy, effectiveness and quality, ensuring a level of quality without penalising implementation deadlines and respecting business objectives in terms of functionality and time.
