Description

The aim of this contract is to conclude framework contracts with three (3) contractors for construction works requiring extensive design and coordination such as conversions, tenants, renovations, etc.
Projects will require the establishment of construction works and the possible coordination of side and sub-contractors. The processing of the drawing up of relationship documents is also included in these cases.
The volume of purchases may vary significantly over time depending on the development of the Trustee’s portfolio of local contracts.
The call will be of the volume of SEK 2-20 million.
