cet appel d'offres a pour objet de confier à un prestataire l'élaboration et la fourniture sur place des repas pour la restauration de la ville de Meslay-Du-Maine. Cette prestation comprendra les missions suivantes :-L'Approvisionnement de l'ensemble des denrées alimentaires-l'élaboration des menus-la mise à disposition d'un responsable de secteur (dont la fiche de fonction fait l'objet de l'annexe 1) qui devra être présent au moins une fois par semaine au restaurant communal.Ces missions concernent les repas suivants :-Enfants de l'école maternelle-enfants de l'école élémentaire-enfants de l'accueil de loisirs-enfants de la petite crèche municipale-quelques repas adultes (professeurs des écoles, employés communaux, sdf)
