Description

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Upper Franconia Bayreuth intends to build a new inter-company educational institution (“IHK-Campus Bayreuth”). The new building will meet multifunctional requirements in the field of vocational education and training (IHKLehrbetrieb, IHK-Verprüfbetrieb and educational policy formats). The building is planned as a lightweight construction. Except for the basement - this is intended in reinforced concrete construction - the building is built of steel, wood and glass. The load-bearing steel structure, with the steel truss girders spanning the halls, is covered with steel trapezoidal sheets. Roof structure with greened flat roof structure and photovoltaics.
