Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa związaną z dystrybucją energii elektrycznej do budynków Politechniki Morskiej w Szczecinie. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dystrybucji energii elektrycznej na warunkach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. - Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 ze zm.) oraz w przepisach wykonawczych do ww. ustawy. Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie w ramach przynależności do Grupy Zakupowej Energii Elektrycznej utworzonej mocą porozumienia z 27 czerwca 2013 r.- z wybranym sprzedawcą tj. jest TAURON Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Krakowie 30 - 417, ul. Łagiewnicka 60, podpisała 23.10.2023 r. „Umowę Ramową Sprzedaży Energii Elektrycznej na potrzeby członków Grupy Zakupowej Energii Elektrycznej”. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość zawarcia odrębnych umów dla każdego układu pomiarowego lub układów pomiarowych w danym budynku.
