Description

The subject of the procurement is Reconstruction of the Museum - Complex renovation of burgher houses, including yards. The building is located in the town of Prešov (K.U. Prešov) at the premises Nos. 86, 88 and 90. These are three historical Renaissance buildings and the above-ground floors are shared as exhibition rooms of the Regional Museum. Street wings are all over the basement. The purpose of the building does not change. It will continue to serve as a museum. The aim of the reconstruction of the building is: - Restoration of the damaged part of the courtyard wing building - Creation of a new social sanitary background - Elimination of sanitary deficiencies - Improvement of the thermal characteristics of the building - Improvement of the architectural appearance of the building - Construction of a new gas connection - Reconstruction of the sewage and rain sewerage system Detailed description of the subject of the procurement is given in the tender documents.
