Onderhavige opdracht heeft als voorwerp de aanstelling van een dienstverlener die de aanbesteder en haar partners zal adviseren en vertegenwoordigen in het kader van de fiscale procedures voor de gedeeltelijke vrijstelling van de doorstorting van bedrijfsvoorheffing op basis van de artikelen 275/3 en 275/5 van het WIB 92 (technisch personeel / onderzoekers) en die de aanbesteder gebeurlijk zal bijstaan in geval van een fiscale en/of sociale controle.
