Monheim am Rhein is a town in the district of Mettmann in Bavaria in Germany. It is currently implementing the extension of the Armin Maiwald School (AMS) in Monheim. This measure provides for the complete dismantling of the so-called head-building. The building is located in the north-eastern area of the school property and has so far been used as a school and administrative building.
