Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczenie sprzętu medycznego do nowej siedziby Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Okulistycznego w Krakowie. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielono na 11 pakietów: Pakiet nr 1 - Optyczna koherentna tomografia, Pakiet nr 2 - Aparat do usuwania zaćmy i witrektomii przedniej, Pakiet nr 3 - USG do badania gałki ocznej, Pakiet nr 4 - Zautomatyzowany system do warstwowej chirurgii rogówki, Pakiet nr 5 - Mikroskop operacyjny, Pakiet nr 6 - Lampy szczelinowe, Pakiet nr 7 - Zestaw diagnostyczny, Pakiet nr 8 - Specjalistyczny zestaw narzędzi do przeszczepu rogówki, Pakiet nr 9 - Specjalistyczny zestaw narzędzi chirurgicznych do zabiegów fakoemulsyfikacji i witrektomii, Pakiet nr 10 - Lampa do crosslinkingu rogówki i zamrażarka niskotemperaturowa, Pakiet nr 11 - Oftalmoskopy, egzoftalmometr, soczewki do diagnostyki i terapii laserem. Wymagane minimalne parametry techniczne oraz kompilację sprzętu medycznego objętego zakresem zamówienia określono w załączniku nr 5 do Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia (SIWZ).
