Description

Negotiated procedure with participation competition in accordance with § 12 KonzVgV in conjunction with § 14(2) and (3) VgV for the determination of a network operator for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the profitability gap model in the following development areas in accordance with the directive "Support for the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" of 31.03.2023 (hereinafter "Gigabit Directive of the Federal Government 2.0") including the ancillary provisions mentioned in the grant decision in the provisional amount (available for download in the download area of the project promoter https://gigabit-projekttraeger.de/downloads/). The advertised addresses of the development area are, according to the results of the market survey, eligible underserved addresses within the meaning of the Federal Gigabit Directive 2.0. For this reason, a nationwide gigabit network (network with a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbit/s symmetrical for all end-users of the advertised addresses) is to be established in the underserved areas, whereby the up- and download rate must at least double. The contracting authority has already received a grant decision in the provisional amount, but the decision on the final amount of the grant is still pending and requires the successful conclusion (secured network operation) of the present tender procedure and the submission of all necessary documents for the concretisation of the grant decision in the final amount.
