Description

1. The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive organization of the departure of startups from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship to Viva Technology (VivaTech) in Paris. 2. There will be 10 people participating in the trip. 3. The tasks of the Contractor will include, inter alia: 1) Providing land and air transport; 2) Insurance of the participants of the trip; 3) Providing accommodation and food for the participants of the trip; 4) Providing an interpreter and content supervisor; 5) Ensuring participation in the VivaTech event on 11-14 June 2025; 6) Training for participants of the trip; 7) Preparation of photographic documentation from the trip together with the report. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. The contractor must take into account information and publicity requirements for projects co-financed by European funds. All materials related to the implementation of participation in the Viva Technology (VivaTech) event, including informational and promotional materials, attendance lists, should be marked in accordance with the visual identification system of projects financed from the European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027 Programme. The Contractor is obliged to use in all materials concerning the implementation of the subject of the contract the logotypes provided by the Contracting Authority (FEŚWŚ, Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, European Union flag, Polish flag) and to apply the detailed guidelines for the promotion of the project contained on the website: https://funduszeueswietokrzyskie.pl/guidelines/European-funds-for-swietokrzyskie-2021-2027/principles-communication-funds-European-for-swietokrzyskie-2021-2027.
