Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services:
— the collection of municipal waste from residential properties situated in Sector V,
— the collection of glass packaging from containers belonging to the municipality of the ‘window’ type placed on properties in Sector V,
— collection of expired medicines collected in containers belonging to the municipality, placed in pharmacies located in Sector V,
— transport of all the above-mentioned waste collected from immovable property to the regional municipal waste treatment plant in Radom ul. Witosa 94 in Radom or replacement installations.
2. The subject-matter of the contract does not include the collection of waste from property owners on which there are no residents and municipal waste is generated.
3.The waste reception service will be provided from the date of signature of the contract, but not earlier than 1.3.2019 until 30.6.2019.
