Open invitation to tender - Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the consultation is to: support for the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis in the development and implementation of its air energy and circular economy climate policies, including, among other things, the facilitation of the "Engaged Territory Ecological Transition" (TETE - new name for the Cit'ergie label), monitoring and renewal of the Air Energy Territorial Climate Plan and studies relating to the implementation of ecological transition projects. The green transition objectives (in terms of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption and raw materials in particular) are cross-cutting and apply to all public policies.
