‘Supply of ready meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for foreigners accommodated in special homes for temporary accommodation of foreigners at the Migration Directorate with three lots: Lot 1: ‘Supply of ready meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for those accommodated in the Special Home for Temporary Accommodation of Foreigners – Sofia’; Lot 2: ‘Delivery of ready meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the residents of the Special Home for Temporary Accommodation of Foreigners – Lyubimets’; Lot 3: ‘Supply of ready meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for those accommodated in the “Infrastructure area with multifunctional use for the needs of the Ministry of Interior in the town of Lyubimets”. The subject of this public procurement procedure is a ‘service’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. The scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the contract for each lot are detailed and regulated in the Technical Specifications for, respectively, Annex 1.1 for Lot 1, Annex 1.2 for Lot 2 and Annex 1.3 for Lot 3 to this documentation. The public procurement includes the delivery of ready-to-eat food to accommodated foreigners three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), as well as the delivery of dry food corresponding to the price, chemical composition and calorific value of the ready-to-eat food for foreigners who are not assigned to cooked food. The Contractor shall deliver the finished culinary products within one hour after preparation and within one hour before serving, as well as transport food, organic and inorganic waste at his own expense.
