Description

The contracting authority, by applying this procedure, seeks to purchase consumables for renal dialysis necessary for the proper performance of SJUTL’s activity. At the end of this award procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, with a maximum of three economic operators. The minimum quantities of framework agreements as well as the maximum quantities of framework agreements are set out in the Specifications. The minimum quantities of follow-up contracts and the maximum quantities of follow-up contracts are set out in the Tender Specifications. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the date and time limit set for the submission of tenders, provided that the economic operator requests clarification within the time limit laid down in Section I.3 Communication, i.e. 18 days.
