Involvement of persons holding a professional certificate of arborist and their working groups in maintenance and breakdown work in Central Estonia (Järvamaa, Viljandimaa). The objective is to conclude 3 (three) framework contracts of similar estimated and maximum possible volume and value. The procurement documents shall set out separately the estimated and maximum possible total value (the latter exceeding the international threshold).
