Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a participation agreement, within the meaning of Article 1 of Decree No 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011 and to allow employees of the Department of Hautes-Pyrénées to benefit from aid to finance the supplementary pension coverage, as of 1 January 2026. The procurement procedure used is the procedure with negotiation passed pursuant to Articles L 2124-3, R 2124-3, R 2161-12 et seq. of the Code of Public Order. This is the application phase of a procedure with negotiation involving that only candidates selected by the buyer will be allowed to submit an offer. Once the candidates have been selected, the buyer will send the invitation to tender to each in accordance with Articles R. 2144-8 and R. 2144-9 of the Public Order Code.
