Description

The object of this contract within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) is ‘delivery’. The subject of this order is the supply of agricultural machinery as follows: - harvester – 1 – maize and sunflower header – 1 – tractor – 1 Legal basis: The contracting authority announces this public procurement procedure through an open procedure on the basis of Article 18(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 20(1)(1)(b) of the Public Procurement Act. Time limit for performance of the contract: The minimum period for performance shall not be less than 10 (ten) calendar days and the maximum period for performance shall not be more than 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days from the receipt of the order of the Employer. The estimated value of the contract is BGN 671 250.00 (six hundred seventy-one thousand two hundred fifty leva) excluding VAT, or BGN 805 500.00 (eight hundred and five thousand five hundred leva) including VAT.
