Description

The aim is to equip Targu Jiu City Hall with IT equipment: LOT1-Server cluster - 2 pieces, storage unit - 1 piece, kwm system, Switch SAN - 2 pieces, Windows server licenses 2025 standard - 3 pieces and sql server license - 1 piece. Number of days until which , clarifications or additional information can be requested in relation to the tender documentation, before the deadline for submission of tenders 19 days. The request for clarifications or information will be sent through S.E.A.P, by accessing the dedicated section "CLAIM REQUEST / QUESTIONS / COMMUNICATIONS. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the time limit laid down in the contract notice, the answers and questions relating to the tender documentation will be published in S.E.A.P. under the section ‘CLAIM REQUEST / QUESTIONS / COMMUNICATIONS’ and in the section ” LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS’ on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.In the event of a delay in the submission of tenders, the time limit for submission of tenders will be extended accordingly (with the deferral days).
