The contracting authority requires the delivered vehicles under the contract to be brand new manufactured in 2025, free from technical and legal defects, released for free circulation, to which third parties are not entitled and which are not the subject of any proceedings and security. 6. The Ordering Party shall require the Contractor to indicate authorised service stations (name and address) for the proposed vehicle in Poland – the list submitted for tender may be drawn up by the Contractor as a separate document. 7. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract by his own transport to the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin, ul. Wernyhory 5, on working days in hours 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. 8. Detailed requirements for receipt, warranty conditions and payment of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ.
