Description

L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme à compter de la date de notification du marché pour une durée d'un an. Il pourra ensuite être reconduit annuellement trois fois maximum. La durée maximale du marché ne pourra pas excéder 4 ans. Les éventuels bons de commande pourront être émis jusqu'au dernier jour du marché. Tout bon de commande émis pendant la durée légale du marché sera poursuivi jusqu'à complète exécution dans la limite de 4 mois à compter de la fin du marché. Le prestataire est tenu de respecter le(s) délai(s) d'exécution indiqué(s) sur le(s) bon(s) de commande et conformément à l'article 5.2 de l'AE. Une visite obligatoire est à prévoir conformément à l'article 4.5 du règlement de consultation
