Description

The subject of the contract is the continuous supply of all pulse ablation consumables to the General University Hospital in Prague . The subject-matter of the goods is specified in more detail in Annex 6 to these Tender Specifications – Price List and Specifications of Goods and No 7 Technical Parameters of the Subject-matter of Goods. • The Contractor shall, for the duration of the purchase contract for the recurring performance of supplies of goods free of charge for temporary use, leave to the Contracting Authority a PF Trupulse generator, an irrigation pump and a remote monitor for control, which is compatible with the goods and is specified in these specifications. The selected supplier will provide free service and regular maintenance of the subject of the loan. The subject-matter of the loan is specified in more detail in Annex 8 to these specifications – Technical parameters of the subject-matter of the loan. • The subject of performance of the public contract is also defined by binding proposals for a purchase contract for recurring performance and a loan contract, which form annexes 2a and 2b to the specifications. • The quantity of the subject of performance of the public contract in individual items listed in Annex 6 to these specifications - Price list and specification of goods - is an indicative or anticipated quantity. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of fulfilment of individual partial deliveries according to its immediate or current needs, with regard to the composition of patients without penalty or other sanction from the selected supplier.
