Framework contract for consulting on the preparation and implementation of IT security concepts, security audits and security audits for the Federal Office for Information Security. The main areas of the services are as follows:
— Consultations on the establishment and implementation of IT security policies in accordance with ISO 27001 on the basis of IT baseline protection,
— Consultations on the development and implementation of emergency management concepts in accordance with BSI standard 100-4,
— Monitoring and carrying out audits in accordance with ISO 27001 on the basis of IT baseline protection,
— Implementation of IS revisions in accordance with the BSI guidelines.
The BSI wishes to provide high-quality consultancy services to the user bodies of the Federal Government through this framework contract.
The framework contract will be put out to tender without a ceiling and without a minimum purchase volume. As an indication, a contract volume of 1250 man-days per year can be assumed. This figure is based on estimates from the BSI, based on the use of the existing framework contract, on the obligations of the authorities in framework works such as the Federal Implementation Plan, on the state of IT security in the federal administration and on a forecast of future budgetary developments. The framework contract will be concluded for an initial period of one year. The contracting authority may, by means of a declaration, extend the duration by one year on the same terms.
