Con Deliberazione di Giunta Comunale n. 316 del 28/11/2020 e successive determine a contrarre n. 635 del 16.04.2021 e n. 667 del 23.04.2021 questa Stazione Appaltante ha deciso di affidare in concessione il “Servizio di gestione della sosta a pagamento su aree scoperte pubbliche e di uso pubblico del Comune di Teramo”, comprensivo del servizio di ingegneria e architettura relativo a: “Aggiornamento del Piano Urbano del Traffico e Piano Urbano della mobilità sostenibile nell'ambito della Concessione di servizi per la gestione parcheggi a pagamento del Comune di Teramo”, ai sensi dell’art.183, comma 15, del D.Lgs.50/2016, con diritto di prelazione a favore del soggetto promotore, come meglio specificato nella proposta e nel progetto preliminare, presentati dal soggetto promotore Società Cooperativa Sociale Easy Help e posti a base di gara.
