Description

In the course of the development of the site of the former Prinz-Leopold barracks in Regensburg, a Module 1 processing (according to the Federal Funding for Efficient Heat Networks - BEW) for the planning of a heat network is advertised. The aim is the realization of the second development phase as well as the coupling with the first phase within the meaning of an integrated and sustainable heat supply for the entire district. The planning examines technical and economic feasibility with the aim of implementation within the framework of module 2 of the BEW. The scope of services includes: Preparation of the feasibility study including planning according to LPH 1-4 of the HOAI, technical concept, as well as coordination services in case of a positive grant decision. In addition, planning must be carried out outside the funding framework for the development of energy-related districts, in particular for electrical and PV planning. The processing is carried out in coordination with the city of Regensburg.
