Description

The contracting entity wishes to purchase the service of repairing the speed measurement and recording system with automatic train speed control and built-in safety and vigilance device, IVMS type, for upgrading the 1250 hp diesel hydraulic locomotives used in the shunting activity through conversion into battery electric locomotives. The number of days until which clarification may be requested before the closing date for the submission of tenders/candidates shall be 18 days, with the contracting entity responding clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
