Description

Supply of the species "LAPAROSCOPIC (LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLOKYSTECTOMY SET WITH SYNTHESIS EQUIPMENT AND LAPAROSCOPIC INSTRUMENTS)" to meet the annual needs of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "AGIOS PAVLOS" Tenders are submitted for one or more species and for all the corresponding quantities of the tender. The estimated value of the contract is €159 076.19 excluding VAT (estimated value including corresponding VAT: EUR 196 869.48). The Hospital retains a unilateral option for one more year, after the expiry of the contract or after the consumption of part or all of its financial object, in accordance with Article 132(1) of Law 4412/2016 and Guideline 22 of the EADISY on ‘Modification of contracts during their term’, on the same terms and at prices that will arise on the basis of ref. 95213/05-10-2022 from the Ministry of Development and Investment (Circular for the application of Article 53(9) to (10a) of Law 4412/2016 on the application of the price adjustment clause to public supply and service contracts), which requires a decision of the Hospital’s Board of Directors and written information to the contractor before the expiry or exhaustion of the subject matter of the initial contract. The estimated value of the option is €159 076.19 excluding VAT (estimated value including the corresponding VAT: EUR 196 869.48). The duration of the contract is set at 12 months or 365 days.
