This contract concerns the management of the ‘Il Girotondo’ municipal nursery school with authorisation and accreditation pursuant to Regional Law No 9 of 13 May 2003 and its Implementing Regulation. The headquarters is currently located in the temporary structure of via Gandhi snc in Montegranaro (FM) San Liborio school complex, but the return to the structure under reconstruction in via Trivio is scheduled for the second educational year. Management includes the following activities: - Educational for users from three months to three years also in the summer period, excluding the month of August (except the first and last week if there is a substantial request for questions), in compliance with Regional Law 9/2003 (1 educator for every 7 children); - Support for the possible inclusion of disabled children (Law 104 of 05.02.92); - Cleaning and sanitizing of all rooms, furnishings and furnishings; - Ordinary maintenance of the structure including the garden and outdoor games; - Administration of lunch and snacks (morning and afternoon); - Canteen service including the provisioning and stocking of meals, as further specified in Title III of the SCA.
