Description

1. The subject of the contract is: a) delivery of medical devices for the Laboratory of Invasive Cardiology - balloon catheters, guides, stents, mitral valve repair system. Probes and catheters for imaging, system for orbital atarectomy, transseptal puncture kits, in the quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the ToR, in the scope of packages 1-26. (b) Lease of an endovascular ultrasound system with measurement of ffr – 2 units for the UCK, as described in Annex 4a to the ToR. (c) Lease of an orbital aterectomy pump – 1 unit for the UCK, as described in Annex 4b to the ToR. (d) Lease of a rf generator for laac treatments – 1 unit for the UCK, as described in Annex 4c to the ToR. (e) Lease of intravascular imaging systems OCT – 2 units for the UCK, as described in Annex 4d to the ToR. .
