The purpose of this framework agreement is to designate one or more service providers to carry out several stages of a comprehensive and long-term building strategy with a view to achieving carbon neutrality by 2040 for 11 municipal administrations. The municipal administrations benefiting from this framework agreement are: - Aubange - Chiny - Etalle - Florenville - Habay - Meix-devant-Virton - Musson - Rouvroy - Saint-Léger - Tintigny - Virton This building strategy involves the following steps for each municipality: 1.
