Description

As part of its policy of revitalizing urban centralities, Vichy Community has therefore decided to relaunch, in partnership with the municipalities of Vichy and Cusset, a Programled Operation for the Improvement of Housing - Urban Renewal (OPAH-RU), covering the period 2025-2030. This operation is part of the community's overall strategy to: - Sustainable improvement of the quality of private housing, - Combating structural vacancy, - Dealing with situations of unworthy housing and non-decency, - Supporting the energy transition of old buildings, - Enhancing the attractiveness and vitality of urban centres, - Supporting and coordinating urban renewal projects in both municipalities. The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a specialized service provider with the complete mission of monitoring and animation of this operation governed by Convention No. 48 signed on February 18 by ANAH.
