Description

This procurement is carried out in order to implement the project entitled ‘Reform of the control activity in the field of labour relations and occupational safety and health’, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) – Component 7. Digital transformation, investment 6. Digitalisation in the field of labour and social protection’, grant agreement No 3993/22 July 2022, the beneficiary of which is the Labour Inspectorate. The object of the procurement is: ‘Acquisition of full hybrid vehicles — two lots (Lot I — full hybrid traction vehicles type 4X4 and Lot II — full hybrid traction vehicles type 4X2)’ The quantities required for the products purchased are: LOT 1 – Full hybrid (4x4) – 55 pieces LOT 2 – Full hybrid (4x2) – 95 pieces NOTE: Economic operators will be able to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation, in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The consolidated reply to the requests for clarification will be posted in SEAP, under the Contract Notice in the dedicated section.
