It follows the declaration without follow-up for reasons of general interest, in accordance with Article R.2185-1 of the Public Order Code.Indeed, the presence of errors, inconsistencies and omissions were found on documents in the consultation file of companies (DCE). The service includes: - The purchase of a secure strong cabinet equipped with an electronic management solution; - Delivery, commissioning (configuration) of the cabinet and its components: - Initial maintenance (preventive, curative and evolutionary if necessary) for a period of 2 years, included in the equipment warranty, - An extension of Maintenance beyond the warranty identical to the initial for a period of 2 additional years (PSE optional). Characteristics of the cabinet: o Optimal security of weapons, ammunition and accessories via personalised access controlled by badge, code and biometrics; o Computerised management of perceptions and re-entry of weapons and accessories via RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tracking, a method for storing and retrieving data remotely; o Stockpile management of collective and individual ammunition (weighing control); o Remote control of the movement of weapons (access control) with definitions of access times according to profiles and brigades; o The interfacing of the armoury and key cabinets (vehicle keys, access badges for private buildings, municipal buildings, parks and squares) already in existence for the purposes of managing these tools via a single IT device; o The guarantee and protection of data through enhanced IT security (see DSIO).
