Maintenance services of medicated gas centres Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
The target of the procurement is the maintenance services of the pharmaceutical gas centres of the Lapland Welfare Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit") for several service areas and sites. The services to be procured include, among other things, the following services: -In connection with the installation of medical gas cylinders, -In connection with the transfer of medical gas cylinders, -24/7 on-call service for the emptying of medical gas cylinders. Services are described in more detail in the Service Description (Appendix 1). The procurement involves the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement in accordance with Section 42 of the Procurement Act. A framework agreement may include competitive tendering within the framework agreement. The framework agreement is divided into 14 parts/components, which are specified in more detail in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender. Three suppliers will be selected for each sub-area, unless there are fewer suppliers who have submitted an admissible tender that meet the minimum requirements for acceptance into a framework agreement. On the basis of the criteria set out in this procurement procedure, a hierarchy shall be established among all tenderers who have submitted an admissible tender. The three most successful bidders will be selected for the sub-area, unless there are fewer successful bids. Tenderers have the possibility to submit a tender in one or more areas. The anticipated volume varies by sub-area and destination, from small separate work orders to on-call services. The contract period for a framework agreement starts with the signature of the agreement and is valid for 48 months. Access to all sites/sub-areas is provided at the times indicated below. The tenderer must visit the site during the tendering period in order to submit a tender for the relevant sub-area. Visits will take place from 16 June 2025 to 19 June 2025. Registration for the visit must be notified to Joose Perkkiö, Business Premises Engineer at the Lapland Welfare Area, joose.perkkio@lapha.fi, tel. +35840 826 1138. If you wish to become acquainted, you must notify us no later than 13.6.2025 at 4:00 p.m. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
