Autoritatea contractantă va încheia acord-cadru cu maxim 3 operatori economici, pentru prestarea serviciului de vidanjare, desfundari mecanice, curatare conducte, cămine și guri de scurgere pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 15 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 10-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor
