Description

Implementation of cleaning services of business premises of VDC POLŽ Maribor for a period of two years. The contracting authority awards the public contract in question as a reserved public contract in accordance with Article 31 of the ZJN-3 on the ground that it does not itself meet the quota for the employment of persons with disabilities and intends, on the basis of Article 64 of the Employment Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 16/07 – official consolidated text, 87/11, 96/12 – ZPIZ-2, 98/14 and 18/21), to reduce the obligation to pay a contribution to promote the employment of persons with disabilities through the alternative fulfilment of the quota by realising this public contract.
