Description

As the regional enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the school's interests, and renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). ---------------- At the Denksteinweg 17 location, a new building of classes, cafeteria and sports hall in 2-storey construction is planned. The building is constructed as a solid structure with reinforced concrete or trapezoidal sheet metal roof (hall) and veneer masonry facade. The main roof is designed as a warm roof (EPS insulation with 2 layers bitumen track) with slope and covered with a green roof with PV modules.
