Description

The municipality of Halderberge represents a major transformation of its existing IT environment into a future-proof, secure and flexible Microsoft Azure cloud environment. The municipality has decided to prepare and execute the migration to a Microsoft Azure cloud environment, Microsoft workplace concept and network infrastructure within a construction team collaboration, including setting up an appropriate service organization, management structure and security. To this end, the municipality is looking for an expert and experienced IT party who can proactively contribute to the design, migration plan and management plan for this transition within a construction team construction. The assignment has the following guiding budgets, partly based on the results of the market consultation: • Construction team phase (design phase): For the preparation, design activities and elaboration of the migration plan, a guiding budget is available between €50,000 and €100,000 excluding VAT. • Construction and migration phase: For the actual construction, migration and design of the new IT environment, an estimate has been made of approximately €450,000 excluding VAT. • Management phase: The management of the new IT environment after delivery is based on an agreement with a duration of 4 years, with the possibility of 6 times 1 year extension. During the market consultation, indications were issued up to €1.2 million per year, but the municipality expects that the final annual management costs will be lower due to optimization and market operation.
