Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Verohallinnon Microsoft -pilviympäristöpalvelujen varmistuspalvelu. Palvelun tulee sisältää Microsoft -pilviympäristöpalveluiden (Entra ID, Planner ja Power Platform) , varmistuksen, palautuksen, niiden käyttöönoton sekä toimittajan tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Tavoitteena on löytää osaava kumppani ja sopivat teknologiat tilaajan liiketoimintajärjestelmien varmuuskopioinnin toteuttamiseksi. Varmuuskopioinnin avulla varmistetaan Verohallinnon Microsoft -pilvipalvelun sisältämät tiedot ja konfiguraatiot Microsoft -pilvipalvelun vikatilanteessa. Microsoft -pilvipalvelulla tarkoitetaan tässä hankinnassa Microsoftin yritysasiakkaille tarjoamaa pilvipalvelua. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden hankkia valitulta toimittajalta sopimuskauden aikana myös muita Microsoftin yritysasiakkaille tarjoamien pilvipalveluiden varmuuskopiointia. Tavoiteaikataulu käyttöönotolle tuotantoon on 1.11.2025. Sopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteellä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Verohallinto tulee valitsemaan kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan.
